What is All the Feelzzz?

All the Feelzzz is a tool developed in collaboration with the autistic community, acknowledging that autistic individuals often have distinct sensory experiences compared to neurotypical individuals. This application strives to illustrate these differences through graphical representations that encapsulate a nuanced and multidimensional understanding of feelings, potentially resonating with those who process sensory input in unique ways. Recognizing the complexities of emotional and physical experiences for autistic individuals, All the Feelzzz aims to support users in navigating challenges related to healing, expressing discomfort, or articulating their authentic selves without external pressure.

The graphics within All the Feelzzz are thoughtfully designed to reflect various qualities such as texture, intensity, imagery, and color. The intent is that users will connect with at least one aspect of a Feelz card, facilitating their ability to name, comprehend, and communicate their experiences beyond conventional methods such as traditional pain scales, which may not suit all users.
